Information about the Farewell

The news that a farewell will take place can be spread in different ways. Those who are close to the mourners usually receive practical information about the farewell ceremony through family or friends and colleagues

The information can also be conveyed through digital or printed advertisements, through the Farewell Bureau’s website, and/or on social media.

The advertisement is usually published a few days before the ceremony. It states, among other things, where and when it will take place, and requests for guests’ attire. It also usually indicates whether there will be a memorial service after the farewell and how to register for it.

If the farewell ceremony is organized by the Farewell Bureau, the advertisement will also published on our website.
