We want you to be able to meet us in the way that suits you best. Therefore, Ars Moriendi offers personalized customer meetings at our bureau, as well as video or phone meetings and personal visits.

Our relationships with things, habits, and beliefs are personal and unique. This is also reflected when we say our final goodbyes. Therefore, there are often different preferences for how a farewell ceremony should be designed, how it should be planned, and with whom. To make it easy to find a form that suits you, we offer different options for planning.

The Farewell Bureau is a nationwide agency. This means that we have the ambition to arrange farewell ceremonies and other forms of goodbyes in all parts of Sweden. If we cannot meet you in your hometown to plan the farewell, we try to get help from various partners around the country for local preparations.

Personal meeting

During a visit to our Farewell Bureau, you will meet a personal advisor who will help you plan the farewell ceremony. Since it can be difficult for everyone involved to attend the planning meeting, we also offer combination meetings where those who can meet at the bureau, while other relatives participate digitally. In the planning process, we use tools that simplify decisions and make them clear for everyone involved.

Video meeting

During a video meeting, you will meet us digitally and the meeting can be accessed via computer, mobile phone, or tablet. During the meeting, our farewell advisors will guide you through the different choices and decisions.

Telephone meeting

If you choose to book a phone meeting with us, we will call you at the agreed time. Before the meeting, we can email you information that we use as a tool during our meeting.

Home visit

If you wish to meet in your home environment to plan the farewell ceremony, we can make a home visit by appointment.
